Field

Kultuk oilfield is located adjacent to a “Mertviy Kultuk” bay, 60 kilometers South of Prorva group of fields. Oil is very light with densities averaging 0.77g/cm³ (around 52-53 degrees API). Oil produced is of marketable condition and does not require long processing.

Recoverable reserves are estimated at more than 4 million tons (C1+C2 categories).
